- Message data: subject and body of messages routed through the platform.
- Usage data: delivery events and timestamps for operational purposes.
- Authentication data: hashed credentials; we never store plaintext passwords.

We process your data to provide the messaging routing service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.
4. Data Retention
Message data is retained for the period configured by your tenant administrator (default: 90 days). Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and for up to 7 years after deletion where required by law.
5. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. You can request erasure or a data export from your account settings page.
